The 1921 Morgan Silver Dollar is highly collectible. Produced for over 40 years, the Morgan Silver Dollar was in circulation longer than any other U.S. Boasting the best of all the Silver Dollar designs, the Morgan was popular when it was released in 1878. The classic Morgan Silver Dollar is America’s most-collected coin. Morgan Silver Dollars 1878-1921 From it’s misbegotten beginnings, the massive meltdown in 1917 to it’s heritage tied to the Wild West, the Morgan Silver Dollars has a storied and rocky past that makes it a favorite for coin collectors and investors alike. The Morgan Dollar circulated from 1878 to 1904. It came back into circulation for one year only, in 1921. This marked the only year the coins were minted in Denver. The Morgan Silver Dollars had more in circulation than the Peace Dollars because of the Silver available at the time. We wont do this much, but the 1878 Morgan silver dollars are worth $$$ and are very hard to judge so, and because of this there is a huge range of values for this coin.
